Ovid and St. Johns Drive-thru Construction (December 2024)

The process of remodeling our St. Johns & Ovid Branch locations continues!

OVID BRANCH

Now that the installation of the new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the drive-thru is complete, we will continue to develop our new machines to ensure they are working properly and offer the latest & greatest features available. Soon we will move into the second phase of the lobby remodel and anticipate the process to be fully complete in early 2025. The lobby will remain open to serve members during this time.

ST. JOHNS BRANCH

As the lobby remodel gets underway, there will be several changes to the flow of traffic at this location. The most noticeable change is that our front entry will soon be closing and the ATM will no longer be accessible. (Stay tuned for a timeline of these changes!) A wall will be installed to create a temporary teller area as the construction crews create an all new lobby and install ITMs inside the building. We will be redirecting member traffic to the south end of the building for parking as well as entry into the building, so please keep an eye out for signs that point you to the right place.

The drive-thru ITMs should be installed before the end of the year and the lobby work is currently on pace to be done midway through 2025. The night drop will not be available until we re-open the drive-thru.

During this time our Fowler Branch drive-thru will be available to serve members who require drive-up assistance. We will continue to post updates on our website & socials, but if you still have questions, please give us a call at 989.227.3700!
